The foundation is the holder of the Academy for Organic Farming and Nutrition Schloss Kirchberg. The Academy offers a varied programme of further training, lectures and conferences. One focus of the further education work currently lies in the IHK-certified further education course "Specialist for organic food in trade", which is particularly aimed at employees of the food trade. In addition, the programme includes seminars and events on various topics of organic farming, political ecology, marketing and regional development as well as excursions. The academy also offers various art and music courses as well as general courses for personal development.
With the World Organic Forum in spring and the Kirchberg Eco-Marketing Days in autumn, two successful annual conference formats have been established at the Kirchberg Castle Academy.

Through the cooperation with the Bäuerlichen Erzeugergemeinschaft Schwäbisch Hall, there are unique opportunities to combine theory and practice in agricultural and nutritional topics, whether it be visits to farms in the Hohenlohe region, a tour of the producers' slaughterhouse, the Geifertshofen village cheese dairy or the Hohenlohe regional market. Other cooperation partners at various events are organic associations such as Ecoland, Bioland or Demeter, Slow Food, IBBK Biogas and the universities in Kassel-Witzenhausen and Weihenstephan-Triesdorf.
